Leading and Ministering in an Honor-Shame Context

Public Group active 2 weeks, 6 days ago

Jayson Georges, the host of HonorShame.com, and additional guest contributors will be co-facilitating this burst group discussion on leading and ministering in honor-shame contexts starting April 4th through April 18th.

The purpose of this discussion is to bring together community members for a two-week, intentionally focused, peer-learning conversation on Honor-Shame dynamics that will help leaders work with more awareness, wisdom, and cross-cultural grace.

The burst group is structured around a series of questions (topics) that will be posted every 2-3 days. Guest facilitators will be contributing their insights and comments around each question. Please share your comments, questions and insights as replies within the below conversation topics (do not start a new topic).

We invite any member of the Commons to ask questions, post a comment, share a story about their experience, or simply share their viewpoint. All we ask is that all participants follow the Community Guidelines in their responses.

We will leave the discussion on the Commons for members to read and reflect on. Read more about how a Burst Group works
