Summary

Most of the time, network leaders find themselves immersed IN the day-to-day details of their network. Just as important however is the need to step back and spend some time working ON the overall health of their network as well. To help leaders assess the health of their network, we created a Network Health Scorecard.

Network leaders can use the Network Health Scorecard to evaluate their network, rate how well they have implemented each of the twelve Network Health Factors, and work together to create an improvement plan. Network leaders who give careful attention to these factors will be able to create healthy environments for effective collaboration.
